Therapy is one of the most powerful ways to change your life because it offers a forum for you to reflect on and connect with parts of yourself, your past, and your present that otherwise remain in the background or receive too little attention and loving care. Our psychotherapeutic services address a variety of concerns that include healing from the past (including trauma resolution), developing healthier coping skills and ways of navigating your life in the present, and creating a healthier and more intentional future. We also support clients both individually and within couples and families in improving their relationships, communication skills, and conflict resolution. Our therapists work through a holistic lens that centers the mind and body and make use of a range of effective therapeutic modalities including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, internal family systems (IFS), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), emotional freedom tapping (EFT), music therapy, and positive psychology.

Our therapy services are now a virtual offering so you can experience the benefits of being in the comfort of your own home which supports your ability to lean into a healthy vulnerability and to easily integrate your experience post-session.

A more directive alternative to therapy, coaching (provided by a Master’s level, certified Coach) offers a supportive and productive space to create meaningful change and progress in all life areas, including mental and physical health and wellness. Regardless of whether your current goals are focused on internal areas such as emotional health or mindset or external areas like physical wellness, relationships, or career, coaching is a highly valuable and efficient option for bringing your current goals to fruition. In addition to your sessions, coaching includes an added layer of accountability and support. Please note that all coaching sessions occur virtually and are longer format sessions (75 minutes).

Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE)

TRE® is a highly effective, movement therapy that releases deeply stored emotional and physical trauma from the body while regulating the nervous system. TRE is an extremely transformational practice and has a significant impact on physical, mental, and emotional health. TRE® is ideal for those who:

  • Feel a regular sense of unease and discomfort in the body.

  • Have a history of emotional or physical trauma and stress.

  • Feel unhappy or stagnant with their emotional or physical wellbeing or general health.

  • Want to release trauma, regulate their nervous system and connect more deeply to their intuition.

This service can be experienced virtually from the comfort of your own home or in-person at our office in Center City Philadelphia.

Massage offers a wonderful way to reduce chronic fatigue, tension, and pain leading to improvements to your quality of life. Our integrative massages include a personalized treatment plan tailored to your body’s specific needs and are designed to support you in dropping into a state of deep relaxation conducive to bodily restoration and repair. We maintain a trauma-informed lens in all of our services, including massage. Optional gua sha and cupping are included in your treatment.

This is, of course, an in-person service and occurs at our office in Center City Philadelphia.
